All the members of the Trade/ Industry, Trade associations and Chamber of Commerce are hereby informed that Jewellery manufacturers are required to file modified ER8 - return which will be made available in ACES shortly. A ticker has been placed in ACES to inform such assesses, to file amendment to their registration, if they have not registered with the Business category Jewellery -- 7113 . You are requested to intimate the jurisdictional officers to process such amendment requests on priority so as to enable them to file the return. As you may be aware, Physical Verification is not required for such manufacturers, both at the time of original registration and amendment .
