Ph. 0260-2260349 / 22260351 e-mail : [email protected] No. DMN/VAT/GST/Trade Notice./2018-19/478 Date-24/05/2018 TRADE NOTICE NO. 18/2018-19 DATED 24/05/2018 Vide Notification No. 5/2018 - Union Territory Tax dated 31 st March, 2018 , it was notified that no e-way bill shall be required to be generated where the movement of goods commences and terminates within the Union Territory of Daman Diu with effect from 1st day of April, 2018. Vide Notification No.9/2018 - Union territory Tax dated 18th May, 2018. The Central Government rescinds the above said notification. Therefore, Attention of the trade is invited that e-way bill shall be required to be generated where the movement the goods commence and terminates within the Union territory of Daman and Diu with effect from 25th day of May, 2018. All Trade Associations / representatives of various industries are requested to publish the contents of this Trade Notice among their Members / Constituents. Encl: As above.
