All Trade Associations / Chamber of Commerce and the Members of the RAC / PGC, JDC/JAC of CGST, GANDHINAGAR are being informed. 2. A Special Refund Fortnight is being organised from 31.05.2018 to 14.06.2018 with the objective to clear all GST refunds submitted on or before 30.04.2018 in accordance with the Circular No. 37/11/2018-GST dated 15.03.2018. 3. The application for all refunds shall be filed in FORM GST RFD- 01A on the common portal. The common portal shall generate a proof of debit (ARN- Acknowledgement Receipt Number) which would be mentioned in the FORM GST RFD-01A submitted manually, along with the print out of FORM GST RFD-01A to the jurisdictional tax authority, and with all necessary documentary evidences as applicable (as per details in statement 3 or 5 of Annexure to FORM GST RFD-01), under the CGST Act. 4 Further, trade is requested to immediately provide the compliance of deficiency memo raised, if any, on urgent basis to facilitate the disposal of refund applications (AMIT SINGHAL) COMMISSIONER
