Date: 31.05.2018 Public Notice No. 03 /2018 Sub: - Special Refund Fortnight from 31.05.2018 to 14.06.2018 - Reg. Attention of Trade and Industry is invited to CBIC Circular No. 45/19/2018-GST dated 30.5.2018 in terms of which clarifications have been issued on matters related to refund claims. 2. Trade and Industry and other stakeholders are also hereby informed that as a trade facilitation measure, in order to liquidate the pendency in processing of refund claims a special drive for disposal of GST refund claims has been initiated for the period from 31.05.2018 to 14.06.2018. This time the Special Drive Refund Fortnight would facilitate all types of Refund claims in which Customs, Central and State GST officers will strive to clear all GST refund applications. This will include refunds of IGST paid on exports, refunds of unutilized ITC and all other CST refunds submitted in Form GST RFD-01A. Therefore, the Trade and Industry and other stakeholders may avail of this opportunity. 3.
