It is informed that in accordance with the guidelines issued by the GST Council Secretariat vide Circular No. 01/2017 issued vide F. No. 166/ Cross Empowerment/GSTC/2017 dated 20.09.2017 the taxpayers registered in the State of Tamil Nadu and Union Territory of Puducherry have been. assigned to Centre / State Union Territory as the ease may be' by the State Level Committees comprising of the undersigned and' the Commissioner of' State faxes of respective States. The Orders pertaining to division of taxpayer base issued by the respective State Level, Committees are detailed below; Sl.
