Exporters, General Trade, Port Terminal Operators Shipping Lines / Shipping Agents, CFSs coming under the jurisdiction of Mundra Custom House and all other stakeholders is invited to the subject point raised in the PTFC, CCFC and PGC meeting held recently. The members of various associations requested to shift Terminal gate to Rangoli gate parking to avoid additional dwell time. transaction cost and accidents. 2. The issue was examined thoroughly and it has been observed that presently exporters or their authorized person are visiting up to Terminal Gate to get endorsement of Customs officer (Gate Customs Officer) on Form-6 b} their small vehicles such as motorbikes. As the containerized cargos are also using the same route and resultantly some accidents are happening regularly. 3. Therefore. in the trade facilitation, it has been decided that Customs officers would be posted at Rangoli Gate for the endorsement on Form-6 and remaining procedure i.e Physical RFID Seal verification, container number verification etc. would be carried out at terminal Gate as per existing arrangement. 4.
