Kind attention of all the Importers/Exporters, Custom House Brokers, Airlines, Trade, Customs Staff and Stakeholders is invited to the CBEC Circular No. 40/2017- Customs dated 13th October, 2017, and the Public Notice No, 08/2017 dated 20th October, 2017 issued by the Office of the Chief Commissioner, Customs (DZ) and Public Notice No. 15/2017 dated 20.102017, 16/2017 dated 01.11.2017 and 20/2017 dated 29.12.2017 issued by Joint Commissioner of Customs, ACC (Import) on the subject above. The said Public Notice outlines procedure for pilot implementation of paperless processing under Single Window interface for Facilitation of Trade (SWIFT). 2. In continuation to the Public Notice No. 20/2017 dated 29.12.2017, the facility to upload the documents under e-SANCHIT application has been extended to Appraising Group 5B. Hence, all the supporting documents shall be uploaded on ICEGATE for the Bills of Entry filed through ICEGATE w.e.f 01.03.2018. 3. Difficulties, if any, in implementation of this Public Notice may be brought to the notice of the Additional Commissioner (Technical), ACC (Import). 4.
