No. VIII/ICD/TKD/DBK/IGST/107/2018/ Dated: 08.03.2018 Public Notice No. 09/2018 Subject: Refund of IGST on Export- Invoice Mis-match cases- Alternative Mechanism with officer- interface-regarding. Attention of all exporters, CHAs, Shipping Lines and members of Trade is drawn to Public Notice No. 08/2018 dated 27.02.2018 whereby contents of Circular No.05/2018- Customs dated 23rd February issued by the Central Board of Excise Customs, New Delhi, on the above subject matter were brought to the notice of all concerned, 2. In this regard, a camp is being organized on 08.03.2018, 09.03.2018 and 12.03.2018 at ICD, Tughlakabad to facilitate exporters in filling up Annexure A prescribed in the said CBEC Circular dated 23.02.2018 for removal of the error of Invoice mis-match (error code SB005). 3. All exporters are, hereby, requested to attend the camp personally or though their authorized representatives in the chamber of Assistant Commissioner (DBK), Shri Ashok Kumar. In case of error code SB005 (Invoice-mis-match), they should bring supporting documents viz. copy of relevant page of the shipping bill, GSTR-I/3B and supporting invoice, on the basis of which Annexure 'A' may be filled up properly for manual amendment through officer interface. It is re-iterated in this regard that Annexure 'A' is to be filed only in such cases where IGST-refund is pending due to error code SB005 only. 4.
