No. VIII/ICD/TKD/DBK/IGST/107/2018/ Dated: 09.03.2018 PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 10/2018 Subject: Refund of IGST paid on export of goods under Rule 96 of the CGST Rules, 2017-regarding. Attention of all exporters, CHAs, Shipping Lines and members of Trade is drawn to Public Notice No. 16/2017 dated 08.11.2017, 07/2018 and 08/2018, both dated 27.02.2017 whereby various aspects regarding the problems being faced by exporters in speedy disbursal of their IGST refund claims and the steps being taken by the Department to resolve them, were discussed in detail. 2. In this regard, in continuation of Public Notice No. 16/2017 dated 08.11.2017, a list of shipping bills filed at ICD, Tughlakabad with error codes, updated upto 28th February, 2018 is being attached, herewith, as ANNEXURE- A . All concerned exporters are requested to ascertain the error shown against their shipping bills from the list and take necessary action for their removal as explained in aforesaid Public Notices so that the IGST refund claims may be processed speedily.
