Refund of IGST for exports-Rectification of EGM based errors - Customs - PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 12/2018

Attention of all exporters, CHAs, Shipping Lines and members of Trade is drawn to Public Notice No. 10/2018 dated 09.03.2018 providing list of Shipping Bills filed at ICD, Tughlakabad with error codes updated upto 28.02.2018 to facilitate the exporters. In continuation of the above, a detailed list of shipping bills with EGM based error code SB002 and SB006 with sub-error codes within them, is being attached herewith, as ANNEXURE- A containing the procedure to rectify them. All exporters are suggested to ascertain the error shown in the list against their shipping bill and to take necessary steps advised therein for immediate rectification so that their IGST refund may be processed speedily.
