PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 125/2014 Sub: Implementation of Customs Brokers Licensing Regulations, 2013 - Reg. In continuation of Public Notice No. 257/2013 dated 20.12.2013, all the Trade and Public are informed that, the details of Customs Broker Licence and all the Customs Identity Card holders of the Customs Brokers are being updated in the Intranet through computerisation. Only those Customs Brokers who have submitted the documents as per Public Notice No. 257/2013 dated 20.12.2013 will be allowed to process documents in Custom House / enter Customs Areas. Hence, those Customs Brokers who have not submitted the details / documents so far, as per the Public Notice No 257/2013 dated 20.12.2013 are hereby directed to submit the same to this office on or before 05.09.2014, failing which they will not be permitted to enter customs areas with effect from 01.10.2014.
