Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Jaipur, Lucknow, Cochin, Trivandrum and Varanasi through the flights operated by them -reg. It is notified for information of all concerned that M/S Interglobe Aviation Lld. Central Wing, Ground Floor, Thaper House, 124, Janpath, New Delhi-1 vide their application dated 17.03.2020 have sought renewal of transshipment permission as accorded earlier 10 them vide Public Notice No. 11/2019 dated 12.04 2019 in terms of Goods Imported (Conditions of Transshipment) Regulations. 1995 read with Board's Circulars mentioned in the said Public Notice, to transship imponed cargo to and from Air Cargo Complex. New Delhi to other ports viz. Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Jaipur, I ucknow. Cochin, Trivandrum and Varanasi through the flights operated by them. 2. M/S Interglobe Aviation Ltd.'s transhipment permission, valid upto 31.0.32020. was earlier granted vide Public Notice No. dated 12.04.2019 subject to compliance of conditions stipulated therein. Now, M/S Interglohe Aviation Ltd. vide their application dated 17.03.2020 have sought renewal of Transshipment permission till 27.07.2020. 3. The request of M/S Interglobe Aviation Ltd. has been examined. The permission is being renewed vide this Public Notice and same will be valid for a period up to 27.07.2020, subject to the conditions stipulated below: a) That M/S Interglobe Aviation Ltd shall follow the procedure prescribed in Chapter VIII of the Customs Act, 1962, Goods Imported (Conditions of Transshipment) Regulations 1995, Board's Circular No. 34/2001-Cus dated 13.06.2001 and 06/ 2007 cus 22.01 2007 and any other Rules Regulations, Notifications, Circulars and Instructions issued on the subject from time to time. b) M/S Interglobe Aviation Ltd. will execute an Import Transshipment Bond of ₹ 4 Crore (Rs. Four Crore Only) and a hank Guarantee of ₹ 60 Lacs (Rs. Sixty Lacs Only) in favour of The President of India through Principal Commissioner of Customs, ACC Import, New Delhi in terms of CBEC Circular No. 56/2000- Cus dated 05.07.2000 the proper accountal of goods, The amount will he debited from the bond when the transshipment cargo is taken by the custodian and it will be credited when the proof of handing over the cargo to the Customs at final destination is produced. MIS Interglobe Aviation Ltd will be responsible for shortage or pilferage of the cargo, if any, and if so. they will be required to pay the amount equal to custom duty, cess, and other levies involved alongwith applicable interest and penalty. c) Interglobe Aviation Ltd. shall adhere to the provisions of the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-20 (now extended upto 31.03.2021) and all ether allied Acts in force and Enacted/amended by the Government from time to time. d) M/S Intergiobe Aviation Ltd. shall pay the cost recovery charges for the Customs Officers and staff provided for the aforesaid purpose whenever due. e) M/S Interglobe Aviation Ltd. shall under no circumstances outsource the transshipment activities allowed to them under this Public Notice, without due permission from the undersigned. f) The relevant Bond. service agreement and insurance should be kept in currency at all times. 4. Accordingly, the transshipment permission granted earlier to Ms Interglobe Aviation Ltd. is renewed upto 27.07.2020 for transhipmeni of Imported Cargo from Air Cargo Complex. New Delhi to other Air Cargo Complexes viz. Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru Hyderabad. Chennai, Jaipur, Lucknow, Cochin. Trivandrum and Varanasi suhject to the conditions stipulated in this Public Notice.
