Comp/Public Notice/03/2019 Date:- 04.05.2020 PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 35/2020 Subject: Relaxation of clearance of import cargo due to delay arising on account of outbreak of Corona virus - regarding Attention of the importers, exporters, Custom Brokers and all stakeholders is invited to Public Notice No. 33/2020 dated 24.04.2020 wherein waiver of late fee charges and permission for substitution of Bills of Entry under Section 46(5) of the Customs Act, 1962 was facilitated. 2. In view of the extension of lockdown till 17.05.2020, the dates mentioned as 03.05.2020 and 06.05.2020 in Public Notice No. 33/2020 dated 24.04.2020 are hereby substituted with 17.05.2020 and 20.05.2020 respectively. 3.
