Reference is invited to Notification No.06/2015-2020 dated 13th May, 2022 amending the export policy of wheat under S.No.59 of Chapter 10 of Schedule - 2 of the ITC (HS) Export Policy from Free to Prohibited with immediate effect read with Trade Notice No.06/2022-2023 dated 14 th May, 2022 , Trade Notice No.07/2022-2023 dated 17 th May, 2022 , Trade Notice No.08/2022-2023 dated17th May, 2022 and Trade Notice No.09/2022-2023 dated 23 rd May, 2022 . 2. It has been observed that RAs of DGFT have been issuing digitally signed Registration Certificates (RCs) to the eligible exporters till now. It is also observed that since the issuance of digitally signed RCs are being done for the first time and have not been integrated with the ICEGATE system of Customs, more time is required for seamless integration between DGFT and Customs applications. The matter has been reviewed and in order to prevent any misuse of the digitally signed copies of the Registration Certificate, it has been decided that the concerned RAs shall issue manually signed and stamped physical copies of the Registration Certificate. Such RCs will be presented to concerned Customs authorities for facilitating exports of Wheat as mentioned in it. This issues with the approval of competent authority. (S. K.
