Kind attention of all Importers/Exporters, Customs Brokers, Custodians, General Trade, Partner Government Agencies (PGAs), all other stakeholders and all the taxpayers is invited to Union Budget 2022-23 presented on 1 st February, 2022. As filing of Bills of Entry has not been available in ICEGATE from 17.00 Hrs. of 1st February, 2022 till completion of updation of all budgetary changes in the ICES, it is anticipated that filing of advance Bills of Entry for the consignments arriving on or after 1st February, 2022 may create difficulties due to changes in the duty structure, if any, and such Bills of Entry might require to be re-called and re-assessed. 2. In view of the above, late fees imposable in terms of Bill of Entry (Forms) Amendment Regulations, 2017 vide Notification No.27/2017-Customs (N.T) dated 31.03.2017 will be waived off in respect of Bills of Entry, filed belatedly, which pertaining to IGMs filed from 17.00 Hrs. of 1st February, 2022 till completion of updation of all budgetary changes in the ICES System. 3.
