In this regard it is brought to the notice of the Trade/CHA/Public that at the request of M/s Ennore Coal Terminal Private Limited on account of transfer of ownership, the custodianship of M/s Chettinad International Coal Terminal Private Limited has been changed to M/s Ennore Coal Terminal Private Limited . Henceforth, the said terminal will be referred to as M/s Ennore Coal Terminal Private Limited in all documents handled by Customs Department. The change of name. will not wither/takeaway the responsibilities cast upon the terminal Custodian to clear the litigation, statutory obligations, tax disputes, Show Cause notices, arrears pendency, if any in the earlier name. This is issued as per the guidelines given in the CBEC F.No.434/03/2010-Cus-IV dated 13.07.2017. This Public Notice shall come into force with immediate effect.
