IECs with PFMS Account Status appearing As Rejected – reg. - Customs - PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 85/2023

Under the aegis of Nhava Sheva Export Encouragement Vision (NEEV), an analysis of delay in export incentive disbursement is conducted wherein it is found that about 20,000 IECs are having their PFMS account status appearing as rejected for various reasons. This huge number of rejections of account by PFMS is resulting in delay for disbursal of Drawback, IGST and other similar export incentives. 2. The list of errors and the way it can be rectified is enclosed herewith as Annexure-A. 3. The list of all such IECs of JNCH where PFMS account is appearing as rejected and reasons thereof is enclosed herewith as Annexure-B. 4. In view of the above, all such IEC holders are hereby requested to go through the above-mentioned Annexures to know the reason for rejection of their account by PFMS and how they can be rectified. Accordingly, they are requested to re-submit their account details through ICEGATE in terms of Public Notice Nos.38/2018 dated 12.03.2018, 93/2020 dated 29.07.2020 and 49/2021 dated 24.05.2021 of INCH, Nhava Sheva. After submission of account details, they should take up the issue with EDI Section, JNCH, Nhava Sheva ([email protected]) and PFMS Helpdesk ([email protected]) to ensure acceptance of their account details by PFMS. The IEC holders can also check the PFMS account status on ICEGATE through their login credentials. 5.
