Attention of all Exporters, Customs Brokers and other stakeholders is invited on the various instructions issued on assessment of shipping Bills. 2. Now as a measure of further trade facilitation and to promote the Ease of Doing Business under NEEV , it has been decided to begin the assessment of Shipping Bills in two Shifts at CEAC located at Centralised Parking Plaza (CPP). 3. To operationalize this facility, officers will now be available from 9 AM to 9 PM in the CEAC, CPP. The Officers posted in the CEAC, CPP from 9 AM to 9 PM will attend to regular assessment of all types of Shipping Bills-in 2 shifts. Shift 1 9 AM to 5 PM Shift 2 1 PM to 9 PM 4. The first shift of officers will start from 9 AM to 5 PM and the second shift of officers will start from 1 PM to 9 PM. The trade is requested to make full use of this facility. 5. DC/AC (CEAC) has to ensure that suitable number of officers are available in each shift. 6. This Public Notice shall come into force with immediate effect. 6.
