Corrigendum of Notification No. 46/89-C.E.(N.T.), dated 11-10-1989 MF (DR) Corrigendum Dated 21-11-1989 Government of India Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) New Delhi Subject : Corrigendum of Notification No. 46/89-C.E.(N.T.), dated 11-10-1989 . In the notification No. 46/89-Central Excises (N.T.), dated the 11th October, 1989 of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), in condition (ii) for "are done in the same factory for the purpose" read "are done in the same factory, the credit shall be taken on the quantity of vegetable oils received into the factory for the purpose."
