ESTATE, NEW DELHI-110 002 No.F.7(105)/Policy-I/VAT/2007/259-263 Dated: 08.07.2009 ORDER In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (2) of section 67 , section 68 and section 106 of the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004 (Delhi Act 3 of 2005), read with sub-section 2 of section 9 of the Central Sales Tax Act, 1956 (Central Act 74 of 1956), I, Jalaj Srivastava, Commissioner, Value Added Tax, do hereby direct that henceforth, the Special Zone shall, in addition to the existing dealers, exercise jurisdiction over the 832 dealers as per Annexure-A.
