Arrangement for receipt of DVAT-51 for the quarters ending on 31.12.05, 31.03.06 and 30.06.06 - VAT - Delhi - 09Extract GOVT. ESTATE, NEW DELHI - 110002 No.F.7(54)/Policy-I/VAT/2006-07 Dated : 22/09/2006 CIRCULAR NO. 9 OF 2006-07 Sub: Arrangement for receipt of DVAT-51 for the quarters ending on 31.12.05, 31.03.06 and 30.06.06. Considering the exponential volume of DVAT-51 forms to be received for the above periods till 30.09.06 the following arrangements have been made to facilitate filing of them:- 1. DVAT-51 forms for the quarter ending 31.12.05, 31.03.06 and 30.06.06 shall be received on 26.09.06, 27.09.06, 28.09.06, 29.09.06 and 30.09.06 at specially set up extension counters of Front Office at respective Zonal floors. The working hours will be from 10.30 AM to 6.00 PM with lunch break from 1.30 to 2.00 PM. The arrangement of staff for acceptance of DVAT-51 forms floor wise will be made by the respective Zonal incharges. 2. DVAT-51 forms will be received manually and acknowledgement will be given on the duplicate / photocopy of the same given by the dealer/his representative at the counters. 3. DVAT-51 Forms received at extension counters with central forms will be entered in a separate register ward-wise and handed over to the front office for entry. DVAT-51 forms without central forms will be kept separately by the ward's officer and will be sent to front office as and when required to do the same. 4. The data entry in all cases will be done only at front office. The concerned zonal incharge (JC/DC) will have overall responsibility in this matter and deploy officer and staff of his zones for reception and transporting the DVAT-51 Forms. 5. DVAT 51 Forms will be transported to front office ward-wise in bundles of 100's. After data entry of DVAT 51 Forms with central forms in the Front Office these will be returned to wards as per entries in the ward register. 6. Stamps of dates will be issued to Ward Incharges by Front Office on 25.09.06. These stamps will have to be returned back to Front Office at the closing hours on 30.09.06 without fail. 7. All other documents like monthly returns, registration application etc., shall be received at Front Office, first floor as usual. 8. The schedule for transportation of DVAT-51 Forms to Front Office is as under:- Zone I-IV 04/10/06 Zone V-VIII 05/10/06 Zone IX-X 06/10/06 This issues with the prior approval of Commissioner VAT.
