The following shall be inserted before Paragraph 6.31.1: "6.31 Composition of Unit Approval Committee shall be as under: Development Commissioner Chairperson Jurisdictional Commissioner of Central Excise Customs Member Joint DGFT Member Joint/Deputy Development Commissioner of the Zone Member Any other nominee of any Department/Agency as special invitee.
