ESTATE, NEW DELHI-110 002 Dated: 23.07.2010 CIRCULAR NO. 9 OF 2010-11 Subject : Filing of Revised Return for the month of June-2010 and quarter ending June, 2010. This is in continuation of Circular No. 05 of 2010-11 and with reference to the amendments made by the Govt. of NCT of Delhi in Section 9(1) , 9(2)(g) , 10(5) and DVAT-16 Return Form. The implementation of these amendments are still under active consideration of the Govt. of NCT of Delhi and a decision in this regard is awaited. 2. In view of the above circumstances and the consultation held earlier with the Finance Department Govt. of NCT of Delhi the dealers are directed to file their Returns for the month of June 2010 and quarter ending June, 2010 without taking into consideration of the calculation of the ITO to be carried forward on closing stock and Annexure-2A and Annexure-2B may not be filed with the returns and the hard copy of these Annexures may be filed at a later stage with the revised Returns if the above-mentioned amendments are allowed to take effect by the Government. 3.
