In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2009-2014, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Appendix 2 (List of Export Promotion Councils/ Commodity Board) of the Handbook of Procedures, Vol.I, and 2009-2014: 2. RCMC issued by Jute Manufacturers Development Council (JMDC) from 1 st April, 2006 till the date of issue of this Public Notice shall remain valid till their expiry. 4. Effect of Public Notice Earlier, JMDC was issuing RCMC for exporters of jute and jute products. Henceforth, JPDEPC will issue RCMC for exporters of jute and jute products in place of JMDC.
