Statement of arrears. - Income Tax - 1375/CBDT

INSTRUCTION NO. 1375/CBDT Dated: January 12, 1981 With reference to Boards Instruction No.929(F.375/2/76/ITB) dated 4th March 1976 wherein a quarterly statement of arrears written off under the adhoc procedure was prescribed. 2. In view of the fact that the Annual statement of Remission and Abandonment of claims to revenue contains information in respect of amounts written off under the adhoc as well as under the regular procedures it has been decided by the Board to discontinue the quarterly statement prescribed in the above referred instruction forthwith. 3. This may please be brought to the notice of all concerned.
