Is it possible for me to have a physical hearing with the officer?

Ans. This scheme does not allow for any physical hearing by the Prescribed Authority. You are requested to file your reply online through the portal. In case of any query or clarification the Prescribed Authority will communicate through the portal and give you adequate opportunity to clarify along with supporting documents. There is provision for video conference facility in exceptional case. This facility is under development.
