For the purpose of section 115V(d) of the Income tax Act 1961, In Chapter XII-G ( Special Provisions Relating to Income of Shipping Companies) , unless the context otherwise requires,- factory ship includes- a vessel providing processing services in respect of processing of the fishing produce;
