For the purpose of section 115V(e) of the Income tax Act 1961, In Chapter XII-G ( Special Provisions Relating to Income of Shipping Companies) , unless the context otherwise requires,- fishing vessel shall have the meaning assigned to it in clause (12) of section 3 of the Merchant Shipping Act, 1958;
