Seagoing ship - Definition / Legal Terminology - Income Tax

For the purpose of section 115V(i) of the Income tax Act 1961, In Chapter XII-G ( Special Provisions Relating to Income of Shipping Companies) , unless the context otherwise requires,- seagoing ship means- a ship if it is certified as such by the competent authority of any country;
