I entered the wrong password several (5) times and now I cannot login the FLA webpage, what should I do? - FEMA - FAQ - FEMA

Ans : In case you enter the wrong password several (5) times, then you will receive the message Your account is locked. Please retry after 15 minutes . You need to wait for 15 minutes and then retry logging into the portal. If you are still unable to login, click Forgot Password Menu available on the screen. Enter the details i.e., user name, authorized person s email ID and valid captcha code (Captcha is case-sensitive). Default password will be generated and same will be forwarded to the authorized person s email ID. User should change the default password by logging into the portal after password reset. If user is unable to reset password, then he/she can mail to RBI at [email protected] .
