Notifies " Shri Sanatan Dharam Sabha Lakshmi Narain Temple Trust, New Delhi " u/s 10(23C)(v) NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.263 DATED 29-12-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( v ) of sub-section (23C) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby notifies " Shri Sanatan Dharam Sabha Lakshmi Narain Temple Trust, New Delhi " for the purpose of the said clause for the assessment years 1984-85 and 1985-86.
