Notifies " Malankara Marthoma Syrian Church of Malabar" u/s 10(23C)(v) NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.1975 DATED 19-5-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( v ) of sub-section (23C) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby notifies " Malankara Marthoma Syrian Church of Malabar " for the purpose of the said clause for the assessment year 1987-88.
