ESTATE : NEW DELHI-110 002 NOTIFICATION No. F.3 (393)/Policy/VAT/2013/1137-1147 Dated : 27.12.2013 In partial modification to Notification No. F.3(393)/Policy/VAT/2013/1085-1096 dated 19.12.2013 regarding furnishing of advance information in respect of functions organised in Banquet Halls, Farm Houses, Marriage/Party Halls, Hotels and Open Ground etc., I Prashant Goyal, Commissioner, Value Added Tax, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 27 of Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004 , hereby appoint the effective date for the said notification as 2 nd fortnight of January, 2014 instead of 1 st fortnight as notified earlier, to come into effect.
