Amendment of Customs Baggage Declaration Regulations, 2013 - 133/2013 - Customs - Non Tariff

New Delhi, dated the 30 th December, 2013 G.S.R.803(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 81 of the Customs Act, 1962 , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following regulations to amend the Customs Baggage Declaration Regulations, 2013 , namely: 1. Short title. These regulations may be called the Customs Baggage Declaration (Amendment) Regulations, 2013. 2. In regulation 2 of the Customs Baggage Declaration Regulations, 2013 , for the figures, letters and word 1 st January, 2014 , the figures, letters and word 1 st March, 2014 shall be substituted. [F.
