Corrigendum dated 19-7-2013 In the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 65/2013-Customs (N.T.), dated the 21st June, 2013, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 395(E), dated the 21st June, 2013, (i) in line 2 of proviso to sub-regulation (1) of regulation 6, for and read or ; (ii) in regulation 6, the sub-regulation (1) to (7) shall be renumbered as sub-regulation (1) to (8); (iii) in line 2 of sub-regulation (1) of regulation 8, for the bond read a bond ; (iv) in line 3 of sub-regulation (2) of regulation 13, for authorised employee read authorised employee, who ; (v) in line 2 of sub-regulation (4) of regulation 17, for referred to read referred to in ; (vi) in line 2 of sub-regulation (6) of regulation 17, for regulation 6 read regulation 6 or regulation 17 ; (vii) in regulation 18 clause (a) delete the word of appearing after failure ; and (viii) in line 3 of sub-regulation (1) of regulation 19, for agent read broker .
