Amendments in the notification Number S.O. 2002(E) dated 28th November, 2007 - S.O. 2193 (E) - Special Economic Zone

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION dated 27 December 2007 S.O.2193(E) - The Central Government in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) and in pursuance of Rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 , hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, number S.O. 2002(E) dated 28 th November, 2007 for setting up of a sector specific SEZ for information technology and information technology enabled services at Rajarhat, Kolkata namely:- In the said notification: (i) the Plot No. at Sl. No. 1 i.e. DH-01 may be replaced at DH-01 (Part). (ii) Area at Serial No. 2 may be read as 8.91 hectares. (iii) The total area may be read as 18.37 hectares. Sd/- Anil Mukim Jt. Secy. S.O.2193(E) [F.
