Amendment in the notification Number S.O. 1683(E) dated the 28th September, 2007. - S.O. 2141 (E) - Special Economic Zone

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION Dated 17/12/2007 S .O. 2141(E) - The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 , hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, number S.O. 1683(E) dated the 28th September, 2007 , namely:- In the said notification: (i) the name of the taluk i.e. Cheyyar may be replaced as Cheyyur. (ii) Area at Serial No. 155 may be read as 1.64 hectares. (iii) Hence the total area is 126.002 hectares. F. No. F.2/404/2006-SEZ Sd/- Anil Mukim Jt. Secy.
