Section 8 of the Conservation of Foreign Exchange & Prevention of Smuggling Activities Act, 1974 - Advisory Boards - GSR 703(E) - Foreign Exchange Management

Notification Dated : 2-12-2005 GSR 703(E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 8 of the Conservation of Foreign Exchange Prevention of Smuggling Activities Act, 1974 (52 of 1974) and in supersession of the Notifications of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. G.S.R. 811(E), dated 15th December, 2004 and No. G.S.R. 603(E), dated 21st September, 2005 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby constitutes an Advisory Board for a period of one year, consisting of : (i) Hon ble Mr. Justice T.S. Thakur, Chairman (ii) Hon ble Mr. Justice A.K. Sikri, Member (iii) Hon ble Mr. Justice Pradeep Nandrajog, Member 2. This notification shall come into force with effect from 19th December, 2005.
