Amendment in Notification Number S.O. 595(E), dated 17th April, 2007. - S.O. 783(E) - Special Economic Zone

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 18 May, 2007 S.O.783(E) - The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 , hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce number S.O. 595(E), dated 17th April, 2007, namely:- In the said notification, for the Survey number 91/1 the Survey number 99/1 shall be substituted.
