MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 18 May, 2007 S.O.780(E) - The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, number S.O. 1770(E), dated 16th October, 2006 , namely:- In the said notification, for the words M/s. K. Raheja IT Park (Hyderabad) Private Limited the words M/s. Sundew Properties Private Limited shall be substituted. F. No. 2/25/2006-EPZ Sd/- Anil Mukim Jt. Secy.
