Appointment of Common Adjudicating Authority - Additional Commissioner of Customs, Commissionerate of Customs (Preventive), Jodhpur - 18/2014 - Customs - Non Tariff

New Delhi, dated the 07th March, 2014 S.O. (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Additional Commissioner of Customs, Commissionerate of Customs (Preventive), Jodhpur, Hqrs at NCR Building, Statue Circle C-Scheme, Jaipur to act as a Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on- (i) the Additional Commissioner of Customs, Commissionerate of Customs (Preventive), Jodhpur, Hqrs at NCR Building, Statue Circle C-Scheme, Jaipur and; (ii) the Assistant/Deputy Commissioner of Customs, IGI Airport, New Delhi, for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to Mr. Liyakat Ali Khan, Ms. Rubina Ali Khan, D-42, 1st floor, Zakir Nagar West, New Delhi and others issued vide, DRI F.No. 840/JPR/19-X/2011/309 dated the 25th February, 2013 by the Additional Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Regional Unit, Jaipur.
