Appointment of Common Adjudicating Authority - M/s VISTEON Automotive Systems India Private Ltd., Keelakaranai Village, Malrosapuram Post, Chengalputtu, Chennai - 64/2014 - Customs - Non Tariff

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Additional Commissioner of Customs (Airport and Air Cargo), Integrated Air Export Complex, Chennai to act as a Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on- (i) the Additional Commissioner of Customs (Airport and Air Cargo), Integrated Air Export Complex, Chennai -600027; (ii) the Additional Commissioner of Customs (Port-Imports), Custom House, 60 Rajaji Salai, Chennai-600001, for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s VISTEON Automotive Systems India Private Ltd., Keelakaranai Village, Malrosapuram Post, Chengalputtu, Chennai, issued vide F.No.23/83/2013-DZU (Pt.
