Amendment Newsprint Control Order, 2004, in the Schedule. - S.O. 636(E). - Indian Law

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion) (PAPER SECTION) ORDER New Delhi, the 23rd March, 2011 S.O. 636(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 18G of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order to amend the Newsprint Control Order, 2004, namely:- 1. (1) This Order maybe called the Newsprint Control (Amendment) Order, 2011. (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Newsprint Control Order, 2004, in the Schedule- (1) In item 4 relating to the name of the Mill and Location of the indigenous newsprint manufacturers, after S. No. 111 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be added, namely:- 112. M/s. Kohinoor Paper and Newsprint (P.) Limited, Falta Industrial Growth Centre, Diamond Harbour, Distt.
