Amendment Newsprint Control Order, 2004 in the Schedule. - S.O. 685(E). - Indian Law

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion) (PAPER SECTION) ORDER New Delhi, the 25th March, 2010 S.O. 685(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 18G of the Industries Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order to amend the Newsprint Control Order, 2004, namely:- 1. (1) This Order may be called the Newsprint Control (Amendment) Order, 2010. (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Newsprint Control Order, 2004 in the Schedule.- (1) In items 4 relating to the name of Mill and location of the indigenous newsprint manufactures, after S.No. 102 and entries relating thereto, the following shall be added, namely:- 103. M/s. Subburaj Papers Private Limited, North Ariyanaki Puram, Ambasamudhram, Tiruchirapalli, Mutharayar, in the State of Tamil Nadu. [F.No. 4(10)/2009-Paper] GOPAL KRISHNA, Jt. Secy.
