CHECK LIST FOR INCLUSION OF PAPER MILL IN SCHEDULE-I OF NEWS PRINT CONTROL ORDER, 2004 1. A certificate (in original) from CA regarding total quantity of paper supplied to newspapers registered with RNI during the last three years (years-wise) till date. 2. Certificates from newspapers (minimum 3 nos) to the effect that the quality of paper is satisfactory and acceptable to them for printing of their publication. They should indicate the make speed of their printing machine. 3. A certificate (in original) from Chartered Engineer showing the details of the investment in plant and machinery made specifically for the manufacture of newsprint grade paper. 4. Details of raw materials used by you for the manufacturing of your paper as well as the process of manufacture as per Order No. 577(e) dated 31.7.1992 and installed capacity specifically for the manufacture of newsprint duly certified by Chartered Engineer. 5. A copy of license / registration/ IEM in respect of unit for manufacture of newsprint grade paper. 6. Installed capacity specifically for the manufacture of newsprint grade paper. Indicate the capacities of Newsprint and Kraft paper separately. 7. Date since you started manufacturing the newsprint grade paper.
