Amendment to G.S.R.38( E) dated 19th January 2011 - G.S.R. 744(E) - Companies Law

Ministry of Corporate Affairs NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 30 th September, 2015 G.S.R. 744(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28A of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 (38 of 1949), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, number G.S.R. 38(E), dated the 19 th January, 2011 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section (i), dated the 19 th January, 2011. 2. In the said notification, for serial number (5) and entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted namely;- (5) Shri P.K. Mishra, Director General (Commercial)-I, office of Comptroller and Auditor General of India, 9, Deen Dayal Upadhaya Marg, New Delhi-110124 Member [F. No. 1/15/2010-PI] MANOJ KUMAR, Jt.Secy. Note;- The Principal notification was published in the Gazette of India, extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R. 38(E), dated the 19 th January, 2011 and subsequently amended vide number G.S.R. 684(E), dated the 16 th September, 2011 , G.S.R. 441(E), dated the 12 th June, 2012 , number G.S.R. 131(E), dated the 1 st March, 2014 number G.S.R. 569(E), dated 7 th August 2014, G.S.R.837(E) dated 24 th November, 2014, number and G.S.R. 563(E) dated 20 th July, 2015.
