Dated the 24 th November, 2015 S.O. 3179(E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and Sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Import), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva-I, Nhava Sheva, Taluka-Uran, District-Raigad, Maharashtra to act as a Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on- (i) the Commissioner of Customs (Import), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva, Taluka-Uran, District-Raigad, Maharashtra-400707; (ii) the Commissioner of Customs (Import), Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Andheri(E), Mumbai- 400099; (iii) the Commissioner of Customs (Sea Port-Imports), Custom House,60, Rajaji Salai, Chennai- 600001, for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s. Komatsu India Private Limited, Industrial Park, Growth Centre, Oragadam, Thenneri (via), Kanchipuram District, Tamilnadu issued vide Show Cause Notice number VIII/26/12/2011-HRU, dated 26th March,2015 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Zonal Unit, Hyderabad.
