(N.T.), dated 1-7-94 by the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, New Delhi under Clause (a) of Section 152 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , I, V. Padmanabhan, Commissioner of Customs and Central Excise, hereby declare 2.4282 Hectares area of land at Revenue Survey No. 339/14 of Village - Ratadiya, Taluka Mundra, Dist. Kutch and surrounding locations given as (1) Surrounding of East by : Rev, Survey No. 339/14 - Paiki of Village Ratadiya (2) Surrounding of West by : Rev. Survey No. 235 236 of Village Ratadiya (3) Surrounding of North by: Rev. Survey No. 247 of Village Ratadiya and (4) Surrounding of South by: Anjar - Mundra Highway of Village Ratadiya as a warehousing station under Section 9 of the Customs Act, 1962 for the limited purpose of setting up of 100% Export Oriented Unit (EOU) only.
