Krishna Rao, Commissioner of Customs, Central Excise and Service Tax, Hyderabad-IV Commissionerate, Hyderabad in exercise of the powers delegated under clause (a) of Section 152 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52/1962) vide Notification No. 33/94-Cus. (N.T.), dated 1-7-1994 issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, New Delhi, hereby declare Pet Basheerabad village under Qutubullapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District of the State of Andhra Pradesh, as a Warehousing Station under Section 9 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52/1962) for the limited purpose of setting up of 100% Export Oriented Units (EOUs) only.
