Appoints the Additional Director General (Adjudication), Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, New Delhi - 07/2016 - Customs - Non Tariff

New Delhi, the 12 th January, 2016 S.O. 95 (E). -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and subsection (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Additional Director General (Adjudication), Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, New Delhi to act as a Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on - (i) the Commissioner of Customs (I G), New Custom House, Near I.G.I. Airport, New Delhi; (ii) the Additional Commissioner of Customs, (Airport and Administration), 15/1, Strand Road, Custom House, IInd floor, Kolkata, for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd., 2nd, 3rd, 4th Floor, Tower C, Vipul Tech Square Golf Course Road, Sector- 43, Gurgaon, issued vide Show Cause Notice number 23/85/2013-DZU/4377 to 4382, dated the 03 rd September, 2014 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit, Delhi.
